We stand by the quality of our work. If we have made an error with your order, we will gladly correct the issue. Please contact us at hello@linellas.com within 48 hours of delivery to report any problems with your order.
Due to the custom and personalized nature of our products, we do not accept returns or offer refunds unless the mistake was made by us. Please review all personalization details and spelling carefully before placing your order.
If your package arrives damaged during transit, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery and provide clear photos of both the shipping box and the item so that we can file a claim with the carrier. Once the claim has been submitted and approved, we will issue a replacement or refund as appropriate. Refunds or replacements for damaged packages cannot be issued outside of this process.
Once an order is marked as delivered by the carrier, we are not responsible for lost or stolen packages. Please ensure your shipping address is accurate and secure at checkout.
Gift cards are non-refundable and non-returnable.
