Q: What is your processing time?
Our priority is to fulfill and ship orders promptly. Due to our custom production process, orders typically take 3–7 business days. Please note that processing times may be slightly extended during holidays and are subject to the current production schedule.
Q: How long will it take to receive my order?
Once your order has shipped, transit times are between 1-5 business days, depending on carrier and destination.
Q: Can I make changes to my order after placing it?
Please reach out within 12 hours of purchase if you need to make any changes or corrections.
Q: Do you offer returns or refunds?
Due to the personalized nature of our items, all sales are final, and we do not accept returns or exchanges. However, we stand by our products, so if there is an issue with your order, please reach out to us within 48 hours of delivery at hello@linellas.com.
Please note that we are unable to issue refunds for shipping delays, as once the package is with the carrier, it is out of our control. If you need your order by a specific date, email us first so we can confirm whether that timeline is possible.
